Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered

 

FreshFlow RO facilitates the following services:

 

  • RO Water Purifier Installation

  • RO Water Purifier Uninstallation

  • RO Water Purifier Repair & Maintenance

 

All services are carried out by Aadhaar-verified independent technicians. FreshFlow RO acts purely as a service facilitator and does not control, employ, or manage these technicians.

 

 

2. Technician Verification

 

  • All technicians are verified through Aadhaar-based ID checks.

  • Each technician is screened for basic knowledge and service reliability.

  • Technicians listed on FreshFlow RO are independent service providers, not employees of FreshFlow RO.

 

 

3. Booking and Payments

 

  • Bookings must be made through the FreshFlow RO platform.

  • Services are provided offline by the assigned technician.

  • All payments are made in cash directly to the technician after service completion.

  • FreshFlow RO does not manage any online or in-app payments, wallets, or escrow services.

 

 

4. User Responsibilities

 

Users must:

 

  • Provide accurate information while booking (name, address, contact details, service need).

  • Ensure the presence of an adult at the time of service.

  • Pay the technician the agreed amount in cash.

  • Not hire or engage the technician directly outside of the FreshFlow RO platform.

 

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to limited access or service denial.

 

 

6. Service Warranty & Limitations

 

  • FreshFlow RO does not provide warranties on service results, parts, or equipment.

  • Technicians may provide personal workmanship guarantees, which are not under FreshFlow RO’s control.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, users may raise a complaint for internal review.

 

 

7. No Ownership or Liability

 

FreshFlow RO is not liable for:

 

  • Damage to appliances or property during service.

  • Any theft, injury, or misconduct by technicians.

  • Service disputes, non-performance, or technician delays.

 

FreshFlow RO is not the employer or guarantor of the technician.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All branding, content, logos, and assets on freshflowro.com are the exclusive property of FreshFlow RO. Unauthorized copying, use, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

 

9. Privacy and Data Use

 

  • All data is collected in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

  • Aadhaar details are verified securely and never stored.

  • Contact/location data is shared only with the assigned technician to complete the job.

 

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.

 

 

11. Modifications

 

FreshFlow RO reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the most recent version.
